1. EVEN THOUGH WEEBLY OFFERS LESS IT AT LEAST WORKS MOBILY AND ON THE WEBSITE THROUGH MY LAPTOP AND DESKTOP!!!!!!Crashes instantly upon log-in.. webs is completely asleep at the wheel.. waste of time trying to use this app for the websites that you pay webs to host.. they seem to have abandoned their own app long ago..Been using the web builder for years but this app is bad, when I logged in after installing it, it keeps telling me something went wrong, when I tried to clear the information I would not allow me.

Please update this app.it's not for editing your site, but you can view messages sent via contact form on it and look at your stats and Web traffic among other things, so quite a good add on and worth having.I installed this app, but when I tried to log into my existing account I get an error message or a message saying password is incorrect.

3. It just diesn't work with my smartphone! I uninstalled the app and bookmarked the webs website onto my smartphone which is much better.Terrible!! app continues to repeatly login and gives the doh! something went wrong and logs me out and tries again over and over again!!!! CANNOT EDIT MY SITE OR EVEN USE THE APP!!! REINSTALLED IT 10 TIMES.

4. Please fix it,I couldn't even say how it works...in the beginning it asks for email, pass, title, and the type of web, i've created already...and kept reapiting same thing over and over....hahaha....failure!!!!Never works.

5. I tried using it anyway it keeps cycling to an oops message.

6. First, the app warned me it was out of date with the current version of Android and there is no option to update it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Webs Issues

1. Fix Webs Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Webs: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Webs App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Webs" » Open Webs - Create a Free Website » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Webs » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Webs - Create a Free Website app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Webs servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Webs - Create a Free Website" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Webs app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Webs might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Webs. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Webs then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Webs not working


2. Fix Webs Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Webs be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Webs not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Webs may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
