1. They ask for me to change password because my password is expired already but I tried so many times, I even follow what they so called password requirements but still it doesn't work!!! It upsets me!!! Please do something about this ASAP!!!I downloaded it only to be denied access because I don't have a invite code I would like to know why are you making it seem as though this app is available to the public when your declining the public if it isn't for public use then specify that I do not recommend this to anyone because it is definitely misleading and unhonest.I downloaded the app but I am not able to login, I have a login on "My Crew Wallet" website but cannot use the same login on the appollo app.
2. The password change works only for one session, any new login to the app says the username and password don't match and I have to go through the process of changing password again.
3. Either roll back the app to the previous version or fix your faulty update/app ASAP!! Why force us to update and then give us a faulty update?! Edit: The app was updated and repaired this morning, so back to 5 stars :)Before it works but this new version is such a disappointment.

7. UPDATE: App is up to date and still same issueThe app forced us to update 2 days ago, but after updating we can no longer use the log on/off duty function.
8. It asked me to replace my password that was company provided and said it has expired.
9. Also the Support menu doesn't display any words and links, only plain colour blocks of design.
10. UPDATE: When I click to download the pay slips its say "no document found".
11. But the result is same.I am not able to download the PDF pay slips.
I am New Hire crew. Just recieved my crew ID9100585. In the email from Virgin company my password should be YYYYMMDD my birthday. I tried to log in, but no result. Should I contact You or Virgin company by email? Thank You in advance.
