1. This reduces the overall number of clicks per user. This app is UNUSABLE! The ads situation is disastrous, I keep hitting ads accedentally instead of selectimg a journey! At least add a one time payment option to remove the bloody ads!Don't download.
2. When there's a delay that makes you miss a transfer somewhere on your saved route the app simply gives an error when trying to open it, so you can't even see where you have to alter your journey. It's a really helpful apps, even it shows the cancelled time schedule.
3. Some areas of improvement would be making the exact tram visible on the main search interface, e.g. so that one doesn't need to click on each time slot to figure out which tram to take.
4. This way you know what your options are without having to miss a transport by not knowing it had been an option as wellThe app in itself is good.
5. Would be even better if you could immediately see if it's a bus/ tram/ etc and which number it is, before having to click on every option available.
6. In general the app and the whole Dutch public transport has become too unreliable so it's better to drive your own carPretty good and always reliable.
7. It would be great again once you change this into a normal ad.Tracking, tracking, tracking and no easy option to disable this under privacy settings.
8. OV-chipkaart isn't available as a payment option.
9. Finally, there's a lag of 10-30s when trying to access your saved tickets.App keeps getting worse over time.
10. For one, the need to enter your name, email, & payment info *for every trip* is tedious & unnecessary.
11. Some familiar trips were 'cancelled' but once I already took the alternatives, it suddenly became available.
