Iberdrola Public Recharge App allows you to charge your electric vehicle simply and easily. -Know the status of the charging points in real time, as well as information on their technical characteristics (connectors, powers, etc. ). -Access to the recharging infrastructure without the need for a previous contract. -Pay with the credit card of your choice or register in the app.
1. Update, still cannot login or even access the Iberdrola websites using a non-spanish mobile phone but works fine with a wifi connection, useless on the road !We could not confirm email address to get access to charger.
2. Don't waste your time calling customer services as they are completely ignorant of the fact that the Redsys payment processing system Iberdrola use declines credit cards not registered in Spain.
3. In the space of the last three days (haven't used since January) , I have managed to charge once, then the app thought I was still charging - which meant I couldn't charge again across the Iberdrola network for 24hours.
4. This sucks as where I am Iberdrola seem to have a monopoly on public charging.THIS APP WILL NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS NOT REGISTERED IN SPAIN.
5. Once it was up and running and on my first trip through Spain I couldn't log in which was very irritating and meant hours of looking for alternative chargers ( there aren't many), but otherwise when it's working it works fine.
6. I write this in block capitals as a WARNING in case you are planning to drive in Spain, relying on the Iberdrola charging network.
7. We have waited 3 hours on charger and no help.Absolute garbage, I have a Spanish address with an Iberdrola supply, I have a Spanish NIE and I still can't get registered.
8. I'm an Iberdrola customer and was promised 6 months free public charging as part of the EV electric plan at home.
9. There must be people earning a wage to produce this rubbish🤬🤬🤬Dreadful service and non functioning network - just when you need to charge! All of the fast chargers in the Gandia were out of service over the Xmas period.
10. Today I get a connection error when trying to use the app, across several charging points .It breaks just when you need it, so if you're in a pinch and need to charge, good luck with this app.
11. It's let me down already (and almost stranded) 4 times out of 5, with only one time working without issues.I'm trying to register and when I confirm my email, it says account not yet active.
