1. Sad, because otherwise their service was great.I like donkey bike in general, but I just paid 16 Euros for nothing because the app didn't notify me when my rental period ended (with the bike locked in a drop-off location) and kept charging me, probably starting a new period, making it almost twice as expensive as expected for an extra 20% of rental time.
2. Also there is no way to remove your payment information, hich also seems super sketch. After biking all the way uphill to the museum, we could not return the bikes at the bike parking spot in front of the museum because it was not marked as a return spot and there was no return places anywhere near.
3. this is a great option if you need a bike to get around for a short period of time, and it takes away the worry of theft.
4. But be prepared for a very frustrating experience when they refuse to end the rental, athough you are at a legit drop off station and there are available bike racks.
5. Returning it was a bit stressful.Really like the app and it's relatively easy to find a bike, but most bikes are in disrepair with broken parts or difficult to ride altogether.
6. Customer support always responds quickly and helpful with any requests.SUCH a good way to get around! Easy to use, good pricing, so handy being able to keep it overnight too, for a full 24 or 48 hours of you choose a dayvor more hire.
7. Always get the theft insurance in case your locking mechanism disables for whatever reason and someone takes your bike for a Free joy ride.
8. Why it couldn't be like the Limes and Bolts, to be able to drop off mostly anywhere? I travel often in many cities covered by DR and I would prefer to use it, but not with this last century system.
9. given me a Google maps link to the drop off location.
10. Also, when first starting a pop up appears telling you that dropping off outside a drop-off location will incur a 2 euro fee, when in reality the fee is between 5 and 50 euro.
11. GPS not integrated ok with the app, had problems with location while Google maps had no issues.I used to be a member, with a monthly subscription.
