1. One of the bad apps you will ever come across, uninstall and cant install again unless device is hard resetIt is worst system controlling app for my lava, I have given it all the permission but still it doesn't giving me access to draw over other apps, each time it's annoying pop ups jumps and starts malfunctioning my work and study, It says, "pending actions, attention required please tap each option and proceed with pending action", and I have given it all the permission of my system but still it showing unnecessary nuisance in b/w.

This app controls everything on your phone and you don't even realise, it has access to install and uninstall apps without your permission, it has the ability to restrict you from installing apps too, I'm trying to uninstall it, it uninstalls but still doesn't let me download other apps and tells me this mobi control app is not allowing me to download any other apps even though I've uninstalled it and removed it as a device administrator.

On proceeding with the notifications , it is asking to "tap on each item and proceed with actions " , but on tapping for numerous times nothing is happening, neither the list of items appear nor the app stops giving me uneccesary interruptions in my workVery poor experience I suggest don't install in phone.😔😔😔Terrible personal control.

4. I think that this application is not made to help people I think it is made to disturb people .This app has blocked me from using any app on my phone ,it keeps giving me notifications saying 'enter your message here'Controls everything on your device and is miserable to download.

1. Fix SOTI MobiControl Agent Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SOTI MobiControl Agent: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SOTI MobiControl Agent App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SOTI MobiControl Agent" » Open SOTI MobiControl Agent » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SOTI MobiControl Agent » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SOTI MobiControl Agent app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SOTI MobiControl Agent servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SOTI MobiControl Agent" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SOTI MobiControl Agent app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SOTI MobiControl Agent might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SOTI MobiControl Agent. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SOTI MobiControl Agent then reinstall.

2. Fix SOTI MobiControl Agent Server issues & Internet Connection
