1. The amount of trouble I have when doing inbound and outbound calls is beyond stressful and impacts my work! From not connecting the call to disconnecting, static calls, feedback when someone's talking or when I'm talking, can't hear me, and so much more... The list goes on.

2. The best part is that my work (Elevate) calls can be done from my phone as if I'm in the office! That's a huge thing.

3. The app does occasionally work on cellular networks, but even when it is passably working the audio quality is still not great.I have been using this for work for a couple years now.

4. It is convenient with a home/office hybrid work schedule when it does work though.Only a small percentage of the calls arrive.

5. No SMS support, Calls don't always display whether its been connected or not and say "calling" even though I'm on the phone.

6. Also, there are other things like flipping my call from my mobile phone to my desk phone and no holds, clicks, or beeps.

10. It CONSTANTLY cuts me off in the middle of calls with a weird beeping sound, and then it takes upwards of 10 minutes to get it back to normal and it does this about 6 times a day.

1. Fix Elevate UC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Elevate UC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Elevate UC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Elevate UC" » Open Elevate UC » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Elevate UC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Elevate UC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Elevate UC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Elevate UC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Elevate UC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Elevate UC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Elevate UC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Elevate UC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Elevate UC not working

2. Fix Elevate UC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Elevate UC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Elevate UC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Elevate UC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
