Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix World-OKTA Issues

- Restart World-OKTA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "World-OKTA" » Open World-OKTA » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for World-OKTA » click "UPDATE".
- Clear World-OKTA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from World-OKTA servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "World-OKTA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check World-OKTA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, World-OKTA might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall World-OKTA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall World-OKTA then reinstall.
