1. I've had multiple problems, from expenses not showing correctly to getting error messages when trying to withdraw money, and their customer service is useless (currently I get an error message when even trying to contact customer service- and that's been happening for 5 days!!).

2. My only request would be to have an English version along with English emails for Gringos using it, and have more options when paying Servicios, for instance, recharging my IAVE card.Update 06/04/2020: After update still doesn't recognize passport card.

1. Fix albo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart albo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the albo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "albo" » Open albo - Tu dinero, más tuyo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for albo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear albo - Tu dinero, más tuyo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from albo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "albo - Tu dinero, más tuyo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check albo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, albo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall albo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall albo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing albo not working

2. Fix albo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make albo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to albo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, albo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
