Credits for watching video okay okay.the app is ok but it doesn't have end key button,i called my friend who's phone was switched off and has voice mail on,ooh what ahell all my credits gone just on voice mail message it's due to lack of end key, you can't switch off when calling through this app.

2. And after gain credit also u can call once ..after it shows call failedApp isn't working, it's crashing again and again, failing to add credits to my account.

6. Only drawback is connecting time, its take little more time to get connected than other app does and "Tap to get credits" gives you only 27 to 33 credits every time.

1. Fix Call Global Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Call Global: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Call Global App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Call Global" » Open Call Global » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Call Global » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Call Global app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Call Global servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Call Global" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Call Global app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Call Global might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Call Global. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Call Global then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Call Global not working

2. Fix Call Global Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Call Global be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Call Global not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Call Global may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
