1. Would like to be able to send messages as well as i currently have to use another app for sending international messages.this is an excellent free calling app and it does what it says it does allows you to make free calls and when you are low on calling credits just view ads or offers to top up your balance and continue to make free local and international calls to anywhere its great! i'm giving this app five stars keep up the good work and keep it free for everyone so that we all benefit thank you!The call quality is terrible and the credits sometimes disappear for unclear reasons.

What makes it so terrible is take today for example, I had to call a federal govt agency and some girl answered (ITS an AUTOMATED SYSTEM!!) most other times it'll take ur credit but won't connectBest app ever and heres why... I'm abroad, in the EU and really needed to contact service providers in the United States.

3. Also the number ibeas assigned wasn't my actual phone number, but when I called my automated service it recognized the number as my phone number which is also a plus in my book.good app...does what it says on the tin...watch (mercifully) short ads and get call time.

4. A lousy app!It's a very good and nice app, infact I made my call smoothly without a problem, and it's totally free, but more improvement is needed as it can only connect to few countries like the united states, the UK and, india.

5. Totally panicking for the last week, until today when I downloaded Call Free app...I was able to call the cable, Internet, garbage, and electricity service providers and resolve all issues (payments, etc).

6. It also shows useful information about destination like the time there, how much can you talk with available credits etc before making a call.

Too many shortcomings, I just uninstalled it after I couldn't take it anymore(Thank God for the uninstall button!)I have tried several of these calling apps as I do prefer the anonymity of calling a place of business without my number popping up This specific app is by far the worst I have ever tried and it's not even close.

8. More countries should be added as none of the african countries are included and call rates reduced unlike the united states which has the cheapest call rate.

9. I have only made two calls and due to poor reception in the location I was in the forst call was dropped.

1. Fix Call App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Call App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Call App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Call App" » Open Call App - Call to Global » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Call App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Call App - Call to Global app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Call App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Call App - Call to Global" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Call App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Call App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Call App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Call App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Call App not working

2. Fix Call App Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Call App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Call App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Call App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
