I've been going to the same place for quite some time and have only 640 points and it doesn't seem worth it enough.Good design, easy to sign up for rewards program however anyone reading this should know that at least here in Washington State, the Villa Rewards program has not officially launched yet... I was told on Facebook Messenger while chatting with the Villa account that at least in Washington, it will launch sometime next week after the time of this review and it's best to wait a while longer so any problems may be fixed and you'll be able to redeem your free value meal recieved by signing up... 5/5☆i love the app how it looks but it crashes and i really want to use it .

2. I like that you have an app and the reward seem pretty cool but I have yet to find a place where I'm able to get any points.

1. Fix VRG Rewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VRG Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VRG Rewards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VRG Rewards" » Open VRG Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VRG Rewards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VRG Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VRG Rewards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VRG Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VRG Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VRG Rewards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VRG Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VRG Rewards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VRG Rewards not working

2. Fix VRG Rewards Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VRG Rewards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VRG Rewards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VRG Rewards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
