1. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET MY ACCT DELETED????????so far so good really good easy to use really cool compared to others who ruined theres by changing it when it worked.. So i hope swap it just keeps it like this.. its nice and works fast no lag and i cam do it all my samsung.. If it aint broke dont fix it.. Great app will give five stars if my stuff starts selling quickly.. As i just started using this app!! Great job guysWaste of time.

2. I didn't like THEIR choice and have made a dozen requests to close my acct...and its still OPEN! I had asked my acct be deleted more than 7 months ago...still waiting! It is now the end of June, my acct has not been deleted and I'm still receiving email notifications.

3. Most selling apps I've tried are either a ghost town, or lost its appeal by growing too commercial, flooding posts with big company ads... The only hang up here, may be the lack of members in some areas, but this won't last long.

4. unable to delete your post and will not allow you to deactivate the account you have created.I love Swapit! All the features and details you want in a local selling app, are here.

5. Also, why can't I use the premium feature after subscribing for 1-day premium I'm using to test your platform? How can you solve these? Kindly attend to my complaint quick.

6. The statistics are available to see yourself, Swapit is growing fast! Join now, share and promote!New to the app, seems ok so far only thing I would say is to include shipping options for delivery and not just collection only.

7. In this time during the pandemic it would be alot easier to have that option and secure in app purchaseThey haven't deactivated my profile and I used the deactivation button.

11. Do not get it!WARNING!! DO NOT GET THIS APP! I downloaded several weeks ago and it decides what google acct to associate with.

1. Fix Swapit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Swapit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Swapit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Swapit" » Open Swapit - Buy & Sell Used Stuff » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Swapit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Swapit - Buy & Sell Used Stuff app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Swapit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Swapit - Buy & Sell Used Stuff" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Swapit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Swapit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Swapit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Swapit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Swapit not working

2. Fix Swapit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Swapit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Swapit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Swapit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
