1. It saves a lot of my time.ZERO APP...Took my time and didn't do anything...It doesn't show the names inputed and it automatically saves as png.. making it difficult to edit on word.Retyped everything twice because when I went back nothing saved.

2. So I'm deleting the app.Worst App, hard to understand, bad User Interface The charts data is taken but is not shown on the chart.

3. Blank Boxes is all you get at the end.I love the importing part where i only need to define it in excel and then the orgchart will be automically created.

4. I want to be able to edit the text, add boxes, lines, and what not.

1. Fix Org Charts Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Org Charts: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Org Charts App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Org Charts" » Open Org Charts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Org Charts » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Org Charts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Org Charts servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Org Charts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Org Charts app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Org Charts might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Org Charts. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Org Charts then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Org Charts not working

2. Fix Org Charts Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Org Charts be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Org Charts not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Org Charts may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
