Why should I report an Issue with Photo paint :High lighter?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

1. Would like to set the degree of highlighting opacity & be able to set it to one level (i.e. I did not like the highlighter overlap increasing opacity)Impossible to zoom in on the image without rotating it, which makes any precision work nrxt to impossible.I really like it helped me with my gacha edits since Im doing teen wolf episodes the only thing is you always have to put it on the top not were it was before pls change that the rest is good it did help me with making foxy and boxys eyes they are on lanky box go watch them but yeah anything else with the problem its a good app to me 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤✌✌✌✌✌✌✌✌✌✌✌✌😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😉😉😉😉😉😉😉😉😉😉😉😉It was more of a marker not a highlighter.

2. Response to addquick: The translucent marker only makes straight lines, and that's not what I need because I'm highlighting roads on a map.I primarily used it for highlighting text in images.

3. What it needs to do is let the text bleed through.Achieved goal of highlighting text on a photo.

4. As a text highlighter, it ends up lightning the text that I intended to highlight.

5. The longer you draw the line, the more opaque it gets, instead of just staying translucent, and there's no opacity setting.

6. I like the fact that there is a straight line highlighter.

7. With this one simple fix, it would work perfectly.

1. Fix Photo paint Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Photo paint: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Photo paint App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photo paint" » Open Photo paint :High lighter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photo paint » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Photo paint :High lighter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photo paint servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photo paint :High lighter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Photo paint app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photo paint might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Photo paint. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photo paint then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photo paint not working

2. Fix Photo paint Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Photo paint be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Photo paint not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Photo paint may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
