Why should I report an Issue with Garny: Preview for Instagram?

Other ideas: would be great if the app would recognize hashtags in the caption, count them and tell you their "size".I am having real issues with it, after a few weeks of using it logged me out and when I try to log back on it comes up with an app error message every time! I am paying for this app and using it for my business! I have tried everything, deleting and reinstalling, changing password etc, nothing seems to work.It was okay until it stopped working.

But there are two vital issues: 1) pictures/tiles not being removed from the preview grid after uploading them - very annoying having to delete them manually each time 2) not being able to upload multiple photos to one post (you can prepare the post but the photos will not be send to Instagram).

3. Grouping: would like to see a feature were you can select multiple images and move them together.A very user friendly app.. I just wish it would upload all of your Instagram pictures when you upgrade your plan tho.

4. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the app and none of my planned photos were saved so I decided to stop using the app because it was too much work to redo everything.I've been using Garny for about 9 months.

5. I'm also very eager to get the long-promised feature to plan texts for the posts as well.Edit: They updated the app, it doesn't solve the login problem, and has created more problems.

6. For some reason the upload button wasn't responsive after a couple days after using the app, no matter what I did: closing out the app, restarting my phone, logging out and back in, etc.

7. After using this app dozens of times a day, over the past 9 mos my overall rating is 5-⭐️'s but I only gave 4 above because of a recent glitch that resulted in me losing all of my saved snippets, and all the additional boards I added to original page.

8. When I click the upload button, I don't want to see my latest photo automatically updated into my gallery.

9. Multiple times I've faced issues with reliability, for example now application just doesn't show me any pictures in my profile and I have no idea how to fix it.For me, it's the best preview app so far, because I like the layout.

10. I tried other apps, they can't provide the same easy-to-use service with putting the posts in the order you like.

11. However, there are some technical errors: sometimes it messes up the order of the posts, or if I take too much time choosing the photo, the app just closes.

1. Fix Garny Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Garny: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Garny App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Garny" » Open Garny: Preview for Instagram » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Garny » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Garny: Preview for Instagram app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Garny servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Garny: Preview for Instagram" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Garny app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Garny might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Garny. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Garny then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Garny not working

2. Fix Garny Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Garny be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Garny not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Garny may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
