Why should I report an Issue with Aira – Visual Info On Demand?

1. I tried all suggestions from Google play, uninstalling the app, completely reset my phone... I still cannot reinst Aira.

2. Before it didn't use to do that.Even though we didn't find a good use for it Aira would not return our materials and we were stuck with a bricked useless $500 phone.

3. Not useful :-( Even trying to call was difficult, from the app as well, even online!! :-(Update: Aira update recently would not install.

4. This app needs a lot of work and with regareds to the pixel 3AXL its totally unesable and If I was a new custoemr I would not be inpressed!Doesn't work on my device.

1. Fix Aira Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Aira: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Aira App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Aira" » Open Aira – Visual Info On Demand » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Aira » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Aira – Visual Info On Demand app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Aira servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Aira – Visual Info On Demand" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Aira app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Aira might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Aira. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Aira then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Aira not working

2. Fix Aira Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Aira be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Aira not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Aira may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
