1. For example, I can select "villa" OR "detached house" OR "Maissonette" when doing a search for rent/buy but I cannot select 2 or 3.... it would be better to have the ability to select ALL THREE OPTIONS (but NOT "apartments") as all three might suit my need.

2. It's a good app with potential, but this sort of treatment of the userbase is unacceptable.I am in the process of moving to Greece and don't yet speak Greek, I'm unable to use this app because its only in Greek with no clear option to change the language.

4. Photoshopped or outdated pictures from agencies that do not answer or want you to sign exclusive agreements before even viewing, wrong locations, properties that are sold, squatted or not for sale.

5. The app has too many problems that are not addressed on purpose because the people behind it are ignorant and incompetent.Constantly pushes notifications that there are houses available and when you click on it shows no results.

6. There should be an option to change the language when creating your account or it would be helpful to have translations next to the boxes it asks you to fill in when signing up.

7. There's more, but, limited characters here.Great to have an app that allows you to filter your results with so many options.

8. And it would be great to hook advertisement with instant direct / whatsapp/ viber access to the contact person on the listing.

9. Spitogatos should set some minimum standards before allowing a listing.Really intuitive and easy to navigate.

10. Most of the agent websites offer very poor filtering so are not fit for use, so Spitogatos is excellent.

1. Fix Spitogatos Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Spitogatos: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Spitogatos App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Spitogatos" » Open Spitogatos - Homes in Greece » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Spitogatos » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Spitogatos - Homes in Greece app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Spitogatos servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Spitogatos - Homes in Greece" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Spitogatos app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Spitogatos might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Spitogatos. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Spitogatos then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Spitogatos not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Spitogatos be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Spitogatos not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Spitogatos may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
