1. ICookyCam client software is specially designed for mobile phone users, so that users can monitor their device in real time, whether the camera is installed at home, in the office or outside.
1. If you bought the camera for that goes with this app you should return it, because the app doesn't work.So the hardware is really neat, software... not so much.
2. But strange both the app and camera will stay open to the internet but goes offline once the internet is removed.
3. Almost never tells me when something is moving around either. The camera goes offline every 30mins and there is no way to get it back online to view anything.
4. One Example, motion trigger only records 1min video, why not allow me to choose up to 20min.it worked fine at first, the other works fine.
5. This is useless π and won't stay on permanent for offline use, no way to ip access it either from another security software as I don't know what Port number it works on either.
6. Instead, I recommend mounting this camera 30' in the air and ask your development team to actually use it and it'll become pretty clear what this app is missing real fast when they can't see lights or physical touch buttons on cam.
7. I am trying to look at all my videos and it just says its offline or doesnt work 90% of the time.
8. i have had some issues with the camera going offline when its still connected to power so im still fiddling with it.
9. I cant view it from my phoneWhy doesn't it save that motion detection pics, or videos automatically? It's pointless if I can't go back and see what set off the alarm.
10. The playback for recordings stopped working on February 29th after talking with the company, Camsoy, I found out it was because the programmers didn't take into consideration Leap Year when they wrote the program.
11. Changing video mode via the buttons on the camera is not intuitive.
