Why should I report an Issue with Mp3juice - Music Downloader?

1. App will only download part of the music before it starts over again so I got the same song starting over four times in the same track if that makes any sense to y'all this app sucks quite a bit worse than it used too!I have an APP called mp3 juice and I've been using it for like 3 months I guess theres no problem on the app but today I open it and it just says install this app so I have no choice I just installed this app and It doesn't work this app is sucks it just says downloading but when I check my folder there's nothing and the preview of the song has like 2 sounds and it's annoying and you can't stop the music if you pause it you only pause the one the other one is still gonna play, disappointed :/Been using this since frostwire and limewire been out.

SorryI haven't had any problems with downloading any songs like other people have but the biggest and most irritating thing that could happen does ( every time I want to play a song in my library I can't becouse when a commercial pops up when it's done it takes me back to the very beginning of my library I can't even make it halfway through my library before another commercial pops up and I have to repeat the whole process again from the beginning (very irritating)Pretty good for the most part,but with some songs it asks for storage access when I try to download them but then I go to Settings to do this and find out that the app isn't asking for that access,at least on Settings.

3. Would give it five stars if this wasn't the case,guess I'll find a different app for those songs.I downloaded songs but i can only play them in the app i thought after downloading a song i can play it in the default music app im so dissatisfied.

4. Every time I try to download a song it says it needs storage access even when it's enabled.

5. Even if you play it in the app just play a single song and you have to skip 7 ads like why?! I just wanted to listen to the song not skipping ads this app giving me a very worst day ever l must delete it right now because of this experience.Pretty sucky.

6. You can't download music when it says you don't have internet.(mine did this even though I did have internet) And apparently when you hit the back arrow it sends to the home page.

7. If you download music and it doesn't pop up on your phone only in app...just restart your phone trial and error and it'll pop up.

8. It's not for every song,but some I really want to download.

9. Just takes a lil patience.In my opinion ,this is probably one of the best music downloading apps.

10. There's no need to know the song title or the artist ,just enter a line or 2 from the song & that's it.

1. Fix Mp3juice Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mp3juice: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mp3juice App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mp3juice" » Open Mp3juice - Music Downloader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mp3juice » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mp3juice - Music Downloader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mp3juice servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mp3juice - Music Downloader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mp3juice app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mp3juice might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mp3juice. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mp3juice then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mp3juice not working

2. Fix Mp3juice Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mp3juice be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mp3juice not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mp3juice may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
