Overall, great app!After many good months of of reliability of downloading music with NO PROBLEMS all of a sudden I want to download a song the damn app shuts down n goes to homepage, seems like you people are sneaking in changes and made it WORSE on purpose, never fails when an good app works good some idiot decides to mess it up !!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!This might help y'all... After you click DOWNLOAD, immediately return to "downloads" and pause your song before it hits 100%! Build up a list of 8-10 songs that are "paused".

I used to be able to listen to my music while on calls or playing a game but now I can only listen to music while on the app AND a new problem I've noticed is that no matter what I type into the search bar, it's all in Chinese, but otherwise this is a fairly good app, not to many ads and hundreds of songs.I honestly didn't think it would work soo good! Downloaded with no problem at all for me and had no issues finding the songs I want.

3. It also won't play or download every song that pops up when you search, in fact half of the songs I tried to get was unavailable and I had to watch more adds just to search for songs that I couldn't even download.

4. (Donation)(Pending)(4$URE!!)Every time I've tried to download a song it has either started the download and within a few seconds the whole app down, or an error screen pops up as soon as I click on download saying the app has stopped.

5. I just got started with downloading and everything is perfect so far and Very HAPPY!!! I have found nothing wrong with the operating and functioning of this software and the quality of the videos and sound and many choices before download or saving on the cloud.

6. 2 of my downloads (out of 15, I've been dealing with the ads) were wasted cause it wouldn't download one (no warning.) It's still better than most somehowThis app USED to be amazing, before the update.

7. And that it won't even download music!This app was AMAZING!!! but then they decided to update... Now there's a bombardment of ads, ads,ads.

8. Also there's an ad for every 5 songs you download, which you have to watch.

9. You have to watch them for every 5 songs you download+after any time you click back to the search bar page.

10. This is a huge problem considering that the main function of this app is in its name "MP3 music downloader"! Highly unsatisfied, would not recommend, rating: -10 stars.

1. Fix MP3Juice Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MP3Juice: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MP3Juice App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MP3Juice" » Open MP3Juice: Mp3 Music Downloader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MP3Juice » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MP3Juice: Mp3 Music Downloader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MP3Juice servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MP3Juice: Mp3 Music Downloader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MP3Juice app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MP3Juice might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MP3Juice. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MP3Juice then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MP3Juice not working

2. Fix MP3Juice Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MP3Juice be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MP3Juice not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MP3Juice may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
