Why should I report an Issue with App lock - Real Fingerprint, P?

1. I was looking for an app that would allow me to use my fingerprint in order to unlock my apps...just to give you all a heads up, this app ONLY allows you to unlock apps with a pin or a pattern, even thought it says it has 3 options (one of which is supposed to be finger print unlocking); the finger print option wont let me enable it, thus, it is completely useless to me.Very special features have been given in this application, which are many other apps on 'Play Store', but do not work in any way like this application.

2. Locked apps work nicely for a few days, but later Some are unlocked automatically.I'm using just a few minutes but the fingerprint sensor is awful! And I know it's not my phone because I've been using the same fingerprint for everything else and it's always quick and easy, in one try it works.

3. There are many good options in it, so that the user does not face any kind of problems and the applications locked by the user are absolutely safe, so thanks to the developer!🙏It says in the description that it has a real fingerprint scanner.

4. I find myself having to go into the lock app numerous times to relock the same apps!! Its frustrating and have to check every minute to see if apps are remained locked!I am only giving this app three stars because the finger print feature is not working properly at all .

5. Well its a load of bollocks as the scanner is realm just a cover and any ones finger works please change the description.. And just for the record I do have fingerprint software on my phone so I have ruled my phones comparability out and know it is just a lie of a app so disappointed and feel deceivedNice App.

Thanks 👍I expected a fast performance locking the apps as I don't want any app to appear even for 1 sec before this app starts , the second point is fast unlocking performance as I don't also want to choose each time what method I want to use to unlock any app ,it would be better if they are mixed.

7. For example, multiple times tapping ( in that case other won't know how many times the owner taps before holding the simulator ) then holding for unlocking apps.

8. Thanks.Overall its a great app but when the apps you got locked undergoes updates, they are no longer locked.

9. Finger print works properly, but the major problem is it cannot lock the "Settings" app in any smartphone.

10. But with this app, it never accepts the fingerprint hahahaha I don't know what's happeningI would give 5stars if there were feature for fingerprint simulator customization.

11. I have to give my fingerprint several times to unlock the required app.

1. Fix App lock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart App lock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the App lock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "App lock" » Open App lock - Real Fingerprint, P » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for App lock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear App lock - Real Fingerprint, P app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from App lock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "App lock - Real Fingerprint, P" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check App lock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, App lock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall App lock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall App lock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing App lock not working

2. Fix App lock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make App lock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to App lock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, App lock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
