1. Sometimes trying to crop those photos the app crashes out.I was going crazy trying to crop 50 photos to a specific ratio size and I downloaded 6 apps, and went through Adobe, microsoft photo editor, shutterstock plus a bunch of others -all these expensive options that were such a hassel and i couldn't freely move the crop - and then thankfully I found Crop My Pic and it saved my life as I was on deadline for a magazine.

2. With the free version, the adverts jump in before the Save option ( you wouldn't watch them otherwise!).I have now changed my 3 to 5 based on the developer's timely response to my previous comment, which settled the issue I was having.

3. I have 1000's of items to crop and i was trying to save time and step but because I cannot save over the original, this is only creating a bigger problem and more confusion for me.

4. Where can I find no ad version? Also suggest having an icon/button to flip ratios so don't need to show both 9:16 and 16:9 (see snapseed).

1. Fix Crop My Pic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Crop My Pic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Crop My Pic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Crop My Pic" » Open Crop My Pic: Crop Resize Image » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Crop My Pic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Crop My Pic: Crop Resize Image app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Crop My Pic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Crop My Pic: Crop Resize Image" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Crop My Pic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Crop My Pic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Crop My Pic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Crop My Pic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Crop My Pic not working

2. Fix Crop My Pic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Crop My Pic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Crop My Pic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Crop My Pic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
