1. But it's not over here, after online payment done through my credit card, what's i seen There is no proof of your payment and when i goes through option 2 to view my booking history, i was shocked there are totally wrong information displayed.
2. Please fix this ASAP.i tried making payment for the booking using 2 different Rupay debit cards and the transaction failed for both the cards, but it was successful on the 1st instance when I used Visa card.
3. To view booking history everytime we have to go for "Booking" option where it say's "are you sure you want to book a cylinder" and when you choose "yes" then it say's "one booking is pending against this customer" and displays two options that's are "pay now" and finally "view booking".
4. Options "paid amount" and "payment mode" shows the current date time values..... totally hilarious......This app has suddenly stopped working from past 15 days.
5. But couldn't able to check the payment and booking status at HP Gas end.
6. Also, the app just gets opened and none of the services are working in it.. There is no helpdesk ..customer care contact to get any help..!! Waste of timeTrying to book a refill since past week but it shows a very vague error each time saying 'please try again'.
7. There is no option to view booking history.
8. I have made payment for gas booking and an amount was deducted.
9. After three days of payment app showing 'PAY NOW' message on dash bord and there is no way for checking the status of order.
10. In app there is no option of cancel booking, if accidentally booked.
11. Whenever we try to do a cylinder booking it just shows some error occured.
