Why should I report an Issue with Easy Notes - Note Taking Apps?

1. I ❤ the backgrounds & fonts! If I could change one thing: headings/notes in between checklist items (grocery list by department or splitting up the day's To Dos by am/pm or category, etc)Almost amazing, ruined by a single thing.

2. The app lost 19 days of my extensive and unreproducable personal journal entries :( no backup feature!!I loved the list and check mark part of this app.

3. What happened? Did I do something to cause this? Or did you change the app?I got this app on my phone (it's only letting me review as a tablet for some reason) because I had a syncing issue with the basic samsung notes app.

4. Easy Notes has a lot of advertisements and pretty much everything is premium such as the background, the formats, the fonts, and colors.

5. I wish I could find an app just like it without ads and premium.Update after 3mos: would ❤ ability to do templates or copy/paste multiple lines- repeating tasks, daily/weekly bujo stuff,etc.

6. Please let me know if this gets fixed I would love to review betterI don't type well on my phone & make a lot of mistakes, so I wanted an app where I could tap everything out, edit, & then copy & paste into a text or post.

7. What killed it for me was the fact that I had my long list of travel plans perfectly curated then I accidentally hit the list button and it screwed everything up.

8. You can press the list button again to get rid of it, but then your bullets, highlights, bolded and italicized letters get all mixed up and jumbled around, it's so hard to fix.

9. There is a Free version, and a Premium version that affords you many more features & options.

10. It's been over a year that this app has not backup automatically and when I try to make it back up now, it loads up to 100% and then fails and won't back up.Very cute! You can easily take notes on here.

11. It happened to me so I spent a long while fixing it only to do it right again.Easy notes is anything BUT EASY.

1. Fix Easy Notes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Easy Notes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Easy Notes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Easy Notes" » Open Easy Notes - Note Taking Apps » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Easy Notes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Easy Notes - Note Taking Apps app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Easy Notes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Easy Notes - Note Taking Apps" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Easy Notes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Easy Notes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Easy Notes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Easy Notes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Easy Notes not working

2. Fix Easy Notes Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Easy Notes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Easy Notes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Easy Notes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
