Postbank BestSign Customer Insights

1. I just have no words even 3RD world countries process better and faster! When you go to the bank and ask for a new bank account ,sing the papers and they send you your card in one week with PIN/Online Banking etc.Everything works fine 👍👍 It might be a good idea to specify that Postbank website doesn't function properly if you are using an ad-blocker!! Took me a while to figure that out!!it gives error no network connection, although the internet is working many times app does n9t show approval.used this for 6 months last year on my chromebook before it stopped opening.

2. SOLUTION: look for another bank!Most useless app ever both with PostBank ,3 weeks cannot log on into my account and then send me a letter today with false Seal One ID and i cannot approve it via phone cause on my phone is different.

3. Xiaomi smartphone - BestSign app says I have one active method but the Postbank app says that I need active method to login... I can see it that is active but in the same time and on the same screen I receive message that I need one active method to login.

4. Unbelievable! Uselessly complicated activation process... all so complicated, I never had such a difficult experience with any other bank that I ever used.Even before the update, application was not working correctly with logging in but now it doesn't work at all.

5. Postbank in a nutshell: incompetent people at their finest! The app is bugging really badly, it keeps telling me there is nothing to approve and I can't log into my bank account.

6. but every time I try to open it I am being told: bestsign keeps stopping.The biggest annoyment I ever had with an app! First of all there's no English or other language option.

7. contacted Postbank who told me that you can't use it on a chromebook, which can't be right as I have done it for 6 months (after this "helpful" message they refused to help me further).

8. Now the app gets the signal from the website and asks for approval, but every time the approval is aborted due to network connection failure.

9. What to do?????Just like any other Postbank services, this App is of a very low quality and cannot connect with the main Postbank App.

10. I mean we share a common international currency, we do international business, we travel and use banks in many countries, but here there's no language option available.

11. And that is third time I've tried... Always the same after I've changed 3 activation codes.Impossible to figure out how to move to a new smartphone.

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Postbank BestSign" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Postbank BestSign app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Postbank BestSign might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Postbank BestSign. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Postbank BestSign then reinstall.
