1. It makes professional invoices and sends out reminders of past due accounts and multiple other features that are completely professional looking and helps relieve alot of stressing using it for any business.
2. My only down side is on the invoices when a customer has given a deposit I reflect it on the invoice and the total price still shows original amount at bottom right.
3. Haven't had issues for close to a year.Great app! no bugs so far, would like to see a feature where I can arrange my services and also add groups or folders to services section for easy assortment.
4. So far my customers have responded with positive feedback, and the free trial period was plenty of time for me to figure out whether to move forward.
5. It also saves me time with access to my account on the go, because I can estimate a project on the spot and email the client instantaneously so they can have an idea of what there expense will be.

10. The app didn't cause it though.Maybe my expectations are too high! I would expect more timely responses in troubleshooting as well as better integration between phone app and website, online with pc.
