MyRing Customer Insights

1. Can't quite change the removal date either which is hella annoying.Every time I open the app it sends me a notification to insert ring even though it's logged in already doesn't notify you when you need to put it in definitely not a good app for tracking anything and you don't get anything helpful unless you pay for premium screw thatWay worse than Contraceptive Ring Reminder+ The app did not properly remind me to take the ring out which the other app does.

2. I would have to keep updating the settings, defeating the whole point of making it more simple to rememberThis app sends me a notification every week telling me it's time to insert my ring.

3. Instead, an app that's been working for me is "Contraceptive Ring Reminder" Hope this helps! It's a simple design which is nice and helpful system.

4. It reminds me to put the ring in DAYS late, this app sucksIt stopped working! I tried to click it but it boots me out! I emailed the below address but no response.

5. It doesn't do the ONLY thing I installed it forDid not remind me to remove me ring, AT ALL, and has a tendency to do that.

6. Every utility except inputting when you started the ring is blocked behind a paywall- very greedy.Didn't remind me to take out.

7. However, there is no option for consecutive ring usage... It's only if you use your ring and have a period every month.

8. I'm not sure when to take the ring out or even if it's effective still! Not working just kicks me out.

9. I replace my ring on the 2nd month and then have a period on the 3rd.

10. Then on the day I actually need to put in my ring, I get zero notifications.

11. And it goes on to the next cycle without you confirming you put in your ring.
