If this is included then the app is worth 5 starsI super like it because it's very fast, gives you the nearest directions, and the fastest, and almost everything you need to transact are all in the app🥰Why can't I choose the date and time? I want to know when trains/buses go on different days, but that's not possible! I can only check for the actual day and time and have to go on "earlier" or "later" a hundred times before I find what I'm looking for.Mostly a good experience.

App should have function to search by bus number, it doesnt show all busesCompletely useless: continuous errors when searching for station (which is necessary if you want to buy a ticket), displays every station except those in VRN area, outdated PayPal integration.Careful when ordering the ticket.

3. I can't find a way to make a change or get a refund.Good but the connections can be improved, several times I've found my self arriving much mire earlier to my destination with some connections i know but which are absent among the connections optionsThis is really a nice app but please include the bus platz A, B, C and so on.

4. With the construction in Speyer, some of the SEV busses aren't being shown.the app is good but sometimes does not work properly idk maybe because of server errors but please fix them because they may cause problems for users .

5. It never shows the bus on time in Heidelberg as i can see the app says it comes in 9 min and the bus stations shows it need onlt 3 or 13 min is the next one after thatWorks mostly but unreliable.

6. From yesterday it isnt accepting my saved card details stating card is invalid although nothing wrong with the card and have been using for months.

7. Date / Time reverts to now this instant.

8. Sometimes payment server is down causing trouble at last min.

9. I ordered a ticket for next day but recieved a ticket for same day I ordered.

10. Because catching a bus From Kaiserslautern Stadtmitte without bus Platz is crazy.

11. Issues with payments at times.

1. Fix VRN Ticket Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VRN Ticket: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VRN Ticket App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VRN Ticket" » Open VRN Ticket » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VRN Ticket » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VRN Ticket app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VRN Ticket servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VRN Ticket" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VRN Ticket app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VRN Ticket might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VRN Ticket. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VRN Ticket then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VRN Ticket not working

2. Fix VRN Ticket Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VRN Ticket be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VRN Ticket not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VRN Ticket may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
