11. Need to replace your phone?
1. Samsung Galaxy S23+.Currently, it won't allow me to purchase commuter rail tickets; this could be due to my TAP pass malfunctioning and having been replaced less than a month after I'd renewed.
2. I ride the commuter rail very infrequently and for whatever reason it lost the card info from the last time I bought a ticket.
3. Never had an issue but now it won't let me purchase tickets keeps telling me my card info is wrong but I'm 1000% positive it's correct.this app is not working on the newer versions of android.
4. I'm not good with the on-screen keyboard on my phone and when I went to purchase a ticket just now, it took forever because I had to re-enter my credit card info.
5. I have to go into Boston to pick up my new ID (we have mail thieves), and it's going to be twice as much just to get there because of this glitch. This app is okay but it has one really annoying "feature" and that is that you cannot add a payment card prior to making a purchase.
6. I have a samsung s21, tried to download for commuter rail fare purchases and kept getting a message that says only compatible with older android users.
7. Also this is NOT the fault of the app, but the fact that the commuter rail and subway use completely different payment systems is ridiculous.
8. It would be GREAT if one could receive an alert with track assignment for the train at South Station!!! There's always a crowd of people blocking the center of the station, staring up at the board.
9. Guess I'm back to buying paper passes at South Station, seems to be the only reliable way.Do not try to use this unless you are really familiar with the MBTA system.
10. Would be convenient for QTE FSA claims and tax returns if the app would email a ticket history with prices paid; mid/hi importance.
11. Only machine tickets or Charlie Card work.
