1. Live data is not visible.. many things missing.. new design is ok, but not with such a loss of functionality.New version deleted all my route shortcuts and doesn't let me set up a frequent route anymore without a time attached.

2. Bring the old version back!Latest update has a bug! Whenever you enter new destination and the time is set to now, it's doesn't fetch the current time, however it fetches the time from the last search.

3. The new version 2.2.9 (59) tints the Android Lollipop status bar white, so you can no longer see the current time or signal strength, because the text stays white too.

1. Fix Regio Guide Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Regio Guide: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Regio Guide App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Regio Guide" » Open Regio Guide » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Regio Guide » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Regio Guide app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Regio Guide servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Regio Guide" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Regio Guide app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Regio Guide might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Regio Guide. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Regio Guide then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Regio Guide not working

2. Fix Regio Guide Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Regio Guide be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Regio Guide not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Regio Guide may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
