1. otherwise a nice looking app, but a bit slow with responce and seems a little buggy.Nice design, but didn't work for Ottawa Transit... I entered the place's name and address, and the app couldn't find it.Usually labelling something "open source" means a 14 year old doing "programming".

2. it would be really nice if it would cover more places.If I want to go from one place in Munich to another, why do I have to tell the app to use the MVV? Isn't that obvious? And what if I want to go from a place in Munich to a place in Berlin? The app has all the information, but it still cannot propose a route.

3. All the others give 'not found', probably because the data is not much better than the "programming" skills of the said 14 year old.i really like the idea of it being open source, but it still covers very few cities, so it isn't of much use in the city i live in today.

4. Leagues ahead of official apps in my country - and prefer it much over the rather cluttered big players.Öffi is still better In 2013 Öffi did work very good already.

5. Quite convenient not having to study shedules of public transportation.Cant add home address (Aus).

1. Fix Transportr Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Transportr: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Transportr App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Transportr" » Open Transportr - Public Transit » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Transportr » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Transportr - Public Transit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Transportr servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Transportr - Public Transit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Transportr app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Transportr might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Transportr. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Transportr then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Transportr not working

2. Fix Transportr Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Transportr be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Transportr not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Transportr may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
