1. Using the deutsche Bahn app instead, it's not good too but at least I can look up connections. Why can't I just buy tickets within the app? Why do I need to go unto a different website and create an account and deal with the incredibly inefficiently done website, add a payment method and then discover that the tickets would be available immediately after purchase? Why oh why is that the unchangeable default? Isn't the whole purpose to be able to get tickets in advance? Why even have the app? It doesn't do anything that Google Maps couldn't for me anyway.I tried to buy a ticket with the app as recommended on a tram timetable.
2. I would give it 2 stars for the online ticket purchases, however, since the server seems to be down a majority of the time I need to buy a ticket, so I just buy physical tickets now.
3. Or better yet, allow people to buy a ticket without registration. It lacks basic features like saving a route for easy retrieval.
4. Unfortunately, had to get tickets manually on the tram :/All I wanted was to buy a single tram ticket.
5. If you are from Canada, U.S., Mexico, or the Caribbean, it will not send a text to North Amercan phone numbers with number entered in international format with +1 or 001 prefixes.
6. The app charged my credit card, but issued no ticket and I had to find ticket vending machine and buy another ticket.Worst experience ever.
7. Also, if you have an address outside of the EU or UK, the app does not allow you to select your country for home address.A decent app, by appearances, however, there is no option for Americans in the account set-up step.
8. Most people look up the same stops everyday to check for delays, it would be good to have a widget that displays only one or two stops.
9. If a widget is too much work, a view in the app that stores your favorites and always displays them would do as well.Hasn't functioned correctly for 3 days! Uninstall and reinstalled twice, cleared cookies etc.
10. I don't want to type all my personal data to a transit app with freezing fingers on my phone as I'm standing at a tram stop.
11. I was presented with a registration form asking for my gender, name, birthday, address, phone and god knows what else.
