1. The implementation is absolutely awful with crazy wait times and zero consideration for all the edge cases in the process - e.g. it just leaves you in the loop until a timeout happens if you leave the operating hour window while waiting.The procedure is not complicated.
2. Such an app should be removed by Google.the first call said my passport type is not recognized and I had to go to the post office but then they asked me for my registered residential address in Germany.
3. It's not even 30 seconds yet, but I already received the 'fail/insufficient' result.Problem with the app, it's not user friendly like the German Post which bought the American DHL the slowest way to get an shipment from Italy to Canada over 10 days.it's a lot easier than before.
4. Super easy now.it doesn't work with recent national Italian ID neither in the post office and the system didn't inform me.
5. Easily wins the prize for Worst App for Android! Does not recognize passport, never takes the photo as it highlights it with a green rectangle.

8. Finally asks you to manually enter all details, seems to do something when you click next and miracle!... Goes back to the screen asking you to fill manually all the data.
9. Don't waste you're time.Scanned my qr code provided by Rentenversicherung but will not accept scanning.

11. The picture is not even that blurry, I can still see my face, every alphabets, and numbers on my ID clearly.
