1. So far it's very realistic for me to accomplish my goals all I have to do is drink 2L water and 15min workout (which is provided) but I can also choose the 1 or 5 minute workout if I don't have energy or time and I can repeat if I want.I've only been using the app for a few days so far but I'm loving it, I love having the option to choose what workout (1m, 5m, or 15m) fits into a busy life of a mom, I've tried other similar apps but most of those workouts are half an hr or longer and I don't always have that option so have to stop and start and at that point I lose motivation.
2. This one, by far, has been the best and most helpful! I've actually kept to it! I love the fact that it allows for quickie workouts (1 minutes or 5 minutes) for when I'm super busy but it also has the 15 minute workouts for when I have the time.

I would like it more if I could save recipes that I like, if all the links works, and if there was instruction with the exercises instead of just the visual.As a new mom, getting in shape is paramount for both my physical and mental health but also having an app giving advice about how to do this but also not affecting the breastfeeding or your health in thw aftermath of the pregnancy is a dream come true.
4. And you can use it for multiple reasons, exercises, water intake, counting steps, checking new healthy recipes and much more.It's a good app if you're getting started and need to develop a habit to start working out.
5. I love the option to do a full workout or have the 1 or 5 minute workouts.
6. On days when I feel too busy or overwhelmed, it is nice to have an option that literally only takes a minute instead of feeling bad for not taking 10 or 15 minutes for myself.
7. I have not yet subscribed for the full app so I cannot rate the full 5 stars.I've tried an abundance of apps for workouts since having my kid.
8. However it is still a terrific app.I enjoy doing the workouts and tracking my water intake.
9. Saying that you can cancel the subscription at any time but forgot to mention that we will still keep charging you till the time period of your subscriptions ends.
10. I'm always having to do more than the recommended workout to feel like it might make a difference.
11. Wouldn't recommend paying for this app as it's not helping much in my weight loss journey.Good app to help you on your journey of looking after yourself.
