CommonHealth Customer Insights

1. I could not find any way to manually add any health records. The app is a great resource in theory, but like so many other I have not been able to add my vaccine card info, not can it effectively connect to my health care provider without erroring out.

2. Samsung pass loaded it right away, and now i can just click to the app instead of searching through photos for my records.I tried to update the information and it just gives me a message that I have updated recently and to wait a few minutes.

3. Use the IBM app instead, if you're so inclined to keep your vaccine info handy, given that now every place has "reopened" without restrictions it seems.Great idea, but refuses to scan QR codes.

4. Updating information would be great, especially this kind of app, but it's been messed up for months.Doesn't work with the NYS Excelsior Pass Plus on a Samsung s9+.

5. Other than that, it's great. It says it connected to my health record via NextGen, but no records show.

6. My main problem is that on each device that I installed this (Android tablet, Android phone, and Fire Tablet) it hangs after the check boxes part, right as it attempts to pull up the numeric keyboard for your PIN.

7. After the initial refresh, my name and DOB in NextGen record screen on this app show as just dashes.Great app to use but there are some issues that I have with it.

8. As others mentioned, my digital download from the CDC didn't work in the format it originally was downloaded, but just had to screen shot the image for it to be in a file format that CH would accept.

9. The phone has never been rooted, knox has not been tripped, and Root and Safetynet Checker both say that the phone is not rooted and is compatible with Safetynet.

10. I also can't get my other vaccine records on this app because it isn't supported yet.I could only add my Walmart COVID vaccine record.

11. Updated the app and nothing happens, just the same error message and unable to update info since February 1, 2022.
