FitCycle Customer Insights

1. Aside from that, I haven't had any other problems.The workouts are great and the water tracker is nice but it doesn't show your history.

2. The weight part good thoAt frist it is so difficult 😫 and I can't do it properly so I decided to give up but when I see the results,its amazing so I tried my best and finished the frist month and started doing second month work out.

3. I can just download two different functional apps that'll provide me with everything, rather than waste space with this one when it doesn't.Paying for subscription doesn't give you benefits.

4. Please let me know if there's a way to do this because sometimes I forget to stop the fasting at breakfast and it goes until lunch, and by the time I realise it the app already added in those hours between my breakfast and lunch to my fasting time.

5. But overall a good app.My review disappeared? The step counter doesn't work.

6. (Yes I have money in my account 🙂) I tired several different cards and mad anapp purchase on a different app just to make sure it wasn't an issue with my card.

7. With many minor tweaks, could be an amazing app.So far I've only been using this app to track my fasting and steps.

8. The only problem I'm having is that I can't change the end time for the fasting, I can change the start time but not the end time.

9. If i add water on my phone it doesn't show it on my tablet.

10. The only complaints I have is that the notifications are repeating themselves in second of each other, and that the workout part no longer counts down.

11. And i can't pick if i want one device to track my steps or the other.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FitCycle Issues

1. Fix FitCycle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FitCycle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FitCycle App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FitCycle" » Open FitCycle - Weight Loss Workout » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FitCycle » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FitCycle - Weight Loss Workout app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FitCycle servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FitCycle - Weight Loss Workout" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FitCycle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FitCycle might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FitCycle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FitCycle then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FitCycle not working


2. Fix FitCycle Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FitCycle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FitCycle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FitCycle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
