About SubVentory

1. SubVentory is the fastest and most accurate way for any restaurant operator to capture their week-ending inventory, deliveries, file QualityNet Pro complaints, place new distributor orders, and manage withdrawals and recalls.

2. The app helps eliminate errors before they happen and saves hours in labor each week.

SubVentory Customer Insights

1. Frustrating when you are limited on time, in a rush and need to get an order in before 12pm.For every order it takes around 10 to 15 minutes updating and configuring.

2. I've seen 3-4 updates but nothing is helping this particular issue.continuos updating during use causes numerous crashes and takes longer than it should to do orders and inventory.

3. Ordering has become a nightmare and time wasting compared to direct ordering before which would finish in less than 5 minutes.

4. I do not need to go back to top each time! And why do some areas have cases, pans, or pounds but others don't? I think it would be great if it would load and not pause so long between items.

5. Otherwise, today it took 1 hour to order as it won't update the ordering guideline. The ordering for deliveries is frustrating.

6. I'm pretty sure the designer is not a user or Subway restaurant owner because that person would know how inconvenient many of these things are.Updating orders.....................I've gotten real used to seeing that.

7. Having to constantly change inventory items with almost every update is very annoying as changes should be able to be loaded from cloud.

8. Click something by accident...you just added an hour to your order/inventory, because it will likely crash completely before it can finish loading 😭App now forces notifications to be turned on.

9. There are 100 stores in our group and in order to use the app I have to recieve notifications for all of them.Functions well - when it isn't checking for updates.

10. This makes ordering days stressful wondering if you're going to encounter a problem that could potentially make you miss the deadline.

11. You are constantly bombarded every time you change the screen by this message prompt to see the message center.
