Zazzle Customer Insights

1. Most definitely uninstalling and sticking to the site.I love the concept of Zazzle, and the website isn't bad, but this app has been buggy since the first moment I used it.

2. This needs to be fixed before I can increase my rating.I've used Zazzle before and don't mind the concept but I've had designs disappear (never to be recovered, and upon reaching out to customer service they wanted a screenshot... of what, exactly?).

3. Want to favorite something on page 27? Be prepared to start back from page 1! The app also doesn't retain filters after you view one product.

4. The hardest part, for myself, is transforming my individual creations, from a purchase in My Shopping Cart, to my Zazzle Virtual Store Shelves.

5. Fix that and I'll be happy.I downloaded the app to shop but it is proving to be an exhausting experience because the app returns to the first page after viewing a product regardless of what page you are on.

6. You go to edit the size of something and it may work to adjust one side but when you move to the other it jumps everywhere but where you want it to.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Zazzle Issues

1. Fix Zazzle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Zazzle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Zazzle App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zazzle" » Open Zazzle: Custom Gifts & Cards » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zazzle » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Zazzle: Custom Gifts & Cards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zazzle servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zazzle: Custom Gifts & Cards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Zazzle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zazzle might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Zazzle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zazzle then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zazzle not working


2. Fix Zazzle Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zazzle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zazzle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zazzle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
