1. when I open it everything is on the dark screen and after a minute at least everything was back to normal.So useless app when I try to text on it and and then save it the hole pdf is gone this happens when I try to text on it every time and the file I cannot see anywhere.😡Little ruff around the edges but it works better then any other pdf writter I've found.

Because I find interesting about this app.It has a good quality of editing but it's a waste of time ..u create your edited document after clicking save button you cannot find your edited pdf ...so what's the use of wasting so much time on editing it of ots not gonna be save..Eraser should be modified or changed.

3. Time consuming.I Can't See Any PDF file to edit, it loads the files but after loading not even a single file can be seen.

4. Every time you open the app, it starts loading all the pdf files on your store.

6. So how do i edit them???At first it was great BUT it keeps freezing and you lose what you have written, if it didn't do that it would be the greatest app.This program is really bad.

7. I wish if there was a separate button for pen or If I can pinch the screen to move to the next pageThere is no "browse" option.

1. Fix Yo PDF Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Yo PDF: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yo PDF App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yo PDF" » Open Yo PDF - Write On PDF (Beta) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yo PDF » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yo PDF - Write On PDF (Beta) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yo PDF servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yo PDF - Write On PDF (Beta)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yo PDF app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yo PDF might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yo PDF. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yo PDF then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yo PDF not working

2. Fix Yo PDF Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yo PDF be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yo PDF not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yo PDF may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
