Why should I report an Issue with Planit: Photo Planner?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of PlanIt Photo Inc. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

I have tried the suggested remote screen application, but the free version is too bleary, so I opted for scrscp and now I have PlaniIt accessible from my laptop.Edit: according to dev I've paid for this twice, (tried restoring before buying a 2nd time), making this issue now even more frustrating Best features are locked behind a broken paywall.

I bought it and I see the value, but it will help both you and your customers if you can provide someway for the free users to preview the paid features (with some restrictions of course, to ensure ppl don't exploit the preview option).No indication as to pricing ... ANYWHERE! Website in Chinese with no alternative language options.

3. For me I would prefer complete offline usability when away from home or wifi network - I do not use phone data as only on pre-paid PAYG tarrifI wish you would give a trial of paid version.

4. Lets you creatively think about where you'd like the sun, moon, milky way, comets etc in an image and then find out the dates/times they will line up with the landscape features or buildings you want, and where to shoot from to get them there.

5. This leaves me wondering do I want to pay for it only to find out it is not what I expected ? Also would like to know, but couldn't find info on, does the app require data connection when used out in the field or is able to us offline maps etc.

6. Recently went camping in a remote area without cell service and the app can't access Google servers so those features I paid for are locked again.

7. However I find it difficult to make positive evaluation as it appears to be very restricted and limited in respect to the functions available on the full pro version.

8. His quick responses to my emails and his responsiveness to the issue was exceptional.Great app! For others who have asked the question, it works perfectly in the Southern Hemesphere too.

10. Nothing intuitive.Seems like it could be advanced but missing ability to see (visually) what part of sky milky way would be in at certain times (or same type of action to see moon) from selected location on map.

1. Fix Planit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Planit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Planit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Planit" » Open Planit: Photo Planner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Planit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Planit: Photo Planner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Planit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Planit: Photo Planner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Planit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Planit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Planit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Planit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Planit not working

2. Fix Planit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Planit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Planit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Planit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
