Why should I report an Issue with Tailwind:Social Visual Planner?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Tailwind App to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The schedule post option doesn't really tailor your posts exactly but tailors it to extremely specific time zones, I have followers all over the world so this feature is now made pointless! Remind again what the point of this app is?Barely works Three times I have had things set up to post and THEY DIDNT POST.

2. It also reset the time I scheduled it for from a very specific time to like 12:23am randomly, but I have no idea where the post is because it doesn't show up in drafts or my schedule.

3. Facebook removed browser login so now you need to open the app to login for auto post but as the app opens the website, I cannot access auto post feature.

4. :( I'm gonna stick with Hookle or Buffer which has been consistent EVERY time!Most of the time as soon as I'm done typing out my caption and putting in hashtags, the entire thing disappears.

5. Luckily I have an android to connect my SD card to a computer.Not great, from the beginning, every feature just about on the app didn't work, while they took weeks looking into why, they didn't really come up with an answer but were still happy to take my money.

6. I wanted to like it but I have no idea what's going on, and also it denies me access to my Facebook account which is actively running and connected to other apps without issue.There are many bugs in it rn, I want the developers to please fix them.

7. I reported the problem to customer support fours later all I've gotten is an automated article on how to connect to Facebook.

8. Sick of it now.I like the idea, but when I scheduled a post it just disappeared.

9. Then when I try to schedule a post it won't do that.

10. Buffer is way better and you can post to Twitter as well.I'm pretty disappointed with the app.

11. I love their desktop version it's absolutely great at posting to Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram in one go.

1. Fix Tailwind Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tailwind: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tailwind App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tailwind" » Open Tailwind:Social Visual Planner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tailwind » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tailwind:Social Visual Planner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tailwind servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tailwind:Social Visual Planner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tailwind app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tailwind might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tailwind. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tailwind then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tailwind not working

2. Fix Tailwind Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tailwind be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tailwind not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tailwind may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
