Remote Control Customer Insights

1. lnterface is awful.May I suggest on the main screen remote itself a row of buttons labelled tv, cable etc so you can easily switch between devices.

2. I was completely unable to figure how to switch the remote between cable and tv without manually selecting the cable box by number on the settings screen.

3. Has the designer of this app ever actually seen a physical universal remote? No instructions or guide, not work with my decoder, but I don't know if it's configuration problem.....No instructions on how to set up remote.
