Why should I report an Issue with AirMusic Control?

1. For example: the internet radio favorites list cannot be reorganized, even if I remove first 5 stations, new stattions are added under these (empty) first 5 stations.

2. "Please understand"??? An App that worked, albeit poorly, no longer works AT ALL, even though NOTHING changed ony side? Why not allow the unreliable old app if needed? The Majority Peterhouse internet radio is virtually unuseable!Unable to connect: not all networks allow the scanning you perform to find the device.

3. Filters for compression method (MP3, AAC, FLAC, etc.) and bit rate (> 128, 196, 320+ Kbps, etc.) to be able to look for high quality radio stations and/or rule out lower quality ones.

4. Why not add the ability to provide the IP address... EDIT: The radio is playing internet radio just fine, it is your app that won't let me specify the IP address of the radio.

5. Internet radio ... search ... whatever ... result-list ... 68 stations.

6. I cannot change the order of stations in the Favorites list, so the History list is more practical than Favorites list.Crashes regularly.

9. Main one is that it seems to queue each track individually from the app on demand, rather than telling the device to play an entire album... so massive gaps between tracks when waiting to queue the next one! Would be great if performance could be improved across the board really.

10. Only thing I've noticed is that the app does not find the radio when radio is in standby mode (to switch it on).

1. Fix AirMusic Control Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AirMusic Control: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AirMusic Control App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AirMusic Control" » Open AirMusic Control » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AirMusic Control » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AirMusic Control app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AirMusic Control servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AirMusic Control" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AirMusic Control app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AirMusic Control might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AirMusic Control. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AirMusic Control then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AirMusic Control not working

2. Fix AirMusic Control Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AirMusic Control be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AirMusic Control not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AirMusic Control may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
