For this xtool and it's worthless until you register it and update these worthless bums won't even respond if I could take 99.9 percent of that star away I would n don't come on here n make it out like you bums pay attention I've left you emails I even went to your Facebook n left messages about how you crummy service won't let me register or update the worthless tool you bums market I bet there ain't lagging when comes to getting my money.no longer working on android pie.Yes it does work.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix X100T Issues

1. Fix X100T Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart X100T: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the X100T App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "X100T" » Open X100T » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for X100T » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear X100T app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from X100T servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "X100T" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check X100T app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, X100T might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall X100T. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall X100T then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing X100T not working


2. Fix X100T Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make X100T be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to X100T not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, X100T may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
