Why should I report an Issue with Anyscan?

1. I went from happy to thinking I wasted my money pretty quickly, will update if it's fixed but for now cannot recommend this product.Ok so this is a very complete scanner and has worked on every car I tested so far, it includes basic functions for diagnostics that most DIY mechanics will find useful, the only issue I found is with the live data and playback function, when you try to log data it will only read from the module the PIDs displayed on screen making it useless if you want to review data from all sensors as offscreen PIDs won't get recorded, so it can only record 5 - 7 PIDs depending on your screen size .Hey Xtool what in the garbage is going on, this new ui now does work at all, locks up and can not get app to work, why in the world you put app that does not work, this is the third time.

2. Please fix the diagnostic report not being able to be generated at the end of a full system scan.... It used to work, now it doesn't.I bought this scanner because it was advertised as having "Electronic Pump Activation" among it's special functions.

3. The latest updates are doing Oil Reset perfectly.So far so good! I've installed and used this on an old Samsung S8 and Fire Tab10", without issue! Used the bi-directional actuation of fan, to help diagnose connector issue with loss of power to fan.

4. The new UI is better as a design, but the app is taking too much time to load and functions of the scan do not respond well and you have to wait for a long time for every part of the software to load.

5. Also, why do I have to give this scan tool permission or access to my contacts and recent calls? This thing is scam I swear to goodness.

6. I am loosing trust on your products, 08- 12-2021 it is much better now, updated my stars to xtoolGood app and device, but need better explanations in the menu.

7. the VIN autoscan is added but fails to detect a FIAT 500L (2012) while it can from the Fiat Diag Module.

1. Fix Anyscan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Anyscan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Anyscan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Anyscan" » Open Anyscan » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Anyscan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Anyscan app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Anyscan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Anyscan" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Anyscan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Anyscan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Anyscan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Anyscan then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Anyscan not working

2. Fix Anyscan Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Anyscan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Anyscan not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Anyscan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
