1. Thanks for fixing the ability to exit full screen player mode! The app's bad: If I pause my audio too long, there's a good chance the app will crash, and does so in a way that doesn't generate an error report.I love the content itself and I love Worldwide as a company, but I absolutely HATE this app! The user interface leaves much to desire and is clunky and confusing.

2. it's getting real old.The function is great, there is no app like this, but the functionality could improve, representing top companies in the world, I hope WWDB continues to improve its service and how easy things are accessed/linked/streamed, frequently connection is dropped and it shows a blank page, and searching for a particular audio that is remembered is difficult.

3. It would also be nice to have the ability to download content for offline listening such as for when you're on a plane.The app could be improved by updating the coding to have drop-down menus, tabs, a more straight-forward return to previous page.

4. I really want this fix because I pay monthly fee and not getting access to this important toolI love this app!! The one thing that's disappointing/kind of frustrating is the the app will randomly close and then I have to re-open the app and figure out where I left off in the audio.

However the app is very disappointing... It is slow, it crashes multiple times a day, often freezes.

6. Other than that, while it's best described as clunk, it has a practical appealand serves its purpose.Once they came out with the update, I knew that they said it would have bugs but the problem is the reason you download this app is so you can listen to audios everyday.

7. I waste even more time constantly going back to the BSM store and typing in the name of the audio I was just listening to and then searching for my spot again.

8. Why oh why does it not save not only my spot but whatever the most recent audio it was that I listened to? I wish it functioned more like a kindle or even a spotify where you could create a playlist and there was a player.

1. Fix WWG Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WWG: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WWG App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WWG" » Open WWG » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WWG » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WWG app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WWG servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WWG" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WWG app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WWG might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WWG. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WWG then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WWG not working

2. Fix WWG Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WWG be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WWG not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WWG may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
