1. Trying to make 4 minute messages in a timely manner is hard enough when you tend to go over the time limit most of the time but also when trying to cut the message back to make things fit and make sense the record button just doesnt work after cutting so i need to start all over again and remember exactly what i said.

2. On occasion when I record an audio to send out to my business partner, it shows the countdown from 4 minutes but when I hit pause recording it doesn't save any of the audio I made.

3. When you click on the info button for one of the kates it will open the wrong kate but still be playing the original kate audio.Like everyone else has mentioned there is alot of room for improvement.

4. Often when creating a new message to send, ill tap the record button and it will show its recording, but when i press stop, ill find it didnt record anthing that was just said and the file is only 2 seconds long.

5. But I'll build my business with Communikate since that's what WWG uses.First order of business is the Bluetooth option does not work what so ever so its a big hassle having to go from bluetooth to not to back to Bluetooth just to send a kate.

6. When 5 seconds back button, it goes back almost the whole kate with the audio but the time clock still is at the same spot.

7. For what I pay for the app I don't feel I'm getting my money's worth.During auto-play next, after the screen blacks out, I'm constantly told that the app has lost communication with the server, and playback stops and doesn't start back up until I unlock my phone.

8. And also I get connectivity errors while listening to audio sometimes but the audio will keep playing even though the messages popping up.

9. Also adding a option to sort your messages to how you please would be great as well vs tags.The app developers seem to favor Apple users because the Android seems to always have glitches or bugs.

10. I feel like I'm paying for a gym membership two states away from me.Good app but when listening to audios it stops in the middle if my screen happens to shut off and then starts again about 10 to 15 seconds later.

11. The autoplay feature doesn't work when the inbox re sorts itself, (autoplay also jumps down to the messages I've already heard and re loops them).

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CommuniKate Issues

1. Fix CommuniKate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CommuniKate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CommuniKate App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CommuniKate" » Open CommuniKate Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CommuniKate » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CommuniKate Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CommuniKate servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CommuniKate Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CommuniKate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CommuniKate might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CommuniKate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CommuniKate then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CommuniKate not working


2. Fix CommuniKate Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CommuniKate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CommuniKate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CommuniKate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
