1. If someone has any thoughts or suggestions on how to keep it connected to my phone or my watch vice versa I would greatly appreciate itAs many others have experienced, the app works well at first, but the longer I use it, the more issues I find.
2. But it no longer crashes! Gave it another *.The app does not stay connected for more than a day or two, and then won't reconnect unless the watch battery is fully charged.
3. It thinks I stay up as late as 3 am, and get sometimes 4 hours of sleep! Really?! Jan 2022, it no longer records temperature.The watch itself is pretty handy.
4. Then I go back in and have to start all over and it crashes again! Can anyone help me with this? 4/26/21 update : I've had to Uninstall and reinstall this app 4 times already to get it working with my fit bit watch! It works for a bit then won't connect to the watch anymore.

7. Today I noticed that it took longer to see my information in the app and it would randomly drop the connection with my watch.It keeps crashing when it tries to down load my information from my watch.
8. I love the watch and I enjoy the information from the app when it works, but it hasn't worked in a week.
9. It will connect to the watch, but crash when it is at the last stage of downloading the information.
10. Giving step counts thousands of steps short of what my watch showed.
11. So I loose 2 minutes everytime I would sync the watch.
Watch not syncing with I phone
I bought the WoFit watch on Amazon. It didn't charge so WoFit sent me a new one for free. I just realized I was courting the wrong port in the charger so the original WoFit tracker works also. I want to pay for the second model since it was my fault, not a defective device. Thanks, Adam f
Having major issues with the wofit app on my apple iphone. It appears after your latest version upgrade is when i started having issues. Mainly trying to stnc to the v100s device. I have turned off v100s device and back on and have done the same with my iphone. Still having issues. I would like to know if there is a way to roll back the upgrade? Please let me know how to fix. Not happy.

Battery not charging no blood pressure read
I purchased my WoFit watch about 3 weeks ago. About 1 week ago the temperature icon disappeared. I rest my watch to factory settings but tjat didn't make the icon return. Help. I don't know why it went away or how to get it back.
Trying to help a friend. She had a V100S that no longer works. Purchased a replacement but can't pair the new one. Old one still shows up in Wofit app. How do we delete old V100S?
