(And adding my son would be a total of $24 per month.)I want to unsuscribe this app and delete this app but I can't find any option and I have been charged $76 on my credit card I tried to call and email but I can't get through I got 3days trial which I couldn't even log in this app might be good but I guess I don't know how to run this app now I want to delete it I can't I have to erase everything but I can't find unsuscribe option which the msg said I will be sent a remainder but got nothing please contact meApp working method not described in the beginning advertisement.

2. I'll with out a doubt purchase a paid version if you all get some major updates including more frequent pinging and speed monitoring.Was looking for a Life360 alternative because it no longer does a great job with live location tracking.

3. Soooooooooooooooo close to being a Life360 alternative.. please get much faster/accurate updates with speed (even make that apart of the paid option) but do not take our data... Even though it's missing some key functions and the updates need to be lore frequent, out of all the life360 alternatives out there, I can see this is the best and had the most potential.

4. It involved the person being tracked to open the app on their phone for it to update location to others in the circle.If you restart your phone you have to make sure to open the app or it won't start finding your location automatically, even though it's set to run in the background.

5. Thinking about canceling my subscription.I thought this would be a great app for enabling my wife to find me if I fall.

6. Even if you have the location permissions set to "all the time", the app fails to live track efficiently.

7. It also now has just started to update location probably every 2 to 5 minutes so I keep getting silent notifications of it updating.

8. It's so perfect specially for when you leave your phone anywhere it shows you it's precise location.

11. You can do better than this ..The app is not taking the information to create account and log in ,very disappointing .it is always showing read timed out ,very disappointing ,can you resolve this issue,.

1. Fix Geonection Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Geonection: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Geonection App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Geonection" » Open Geonection: Live GPS Tracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Geonection » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Geonection: Live GPS Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Geonection servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Geonection: Live GPS Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Geonection app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Geonection might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Geonection. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Geonection then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Geonection not working

2. Fix Geonection Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Geonection be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Geonection not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Geonection may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
